Community Assistance

We understand that sometimes life throws unexpected challenges our way. Whether it's a job loss, medical emergency, or unforeseen expense, our Community Assistance Program exists to provide temporary help to those facing financial hardship in the community of Calloway County.

Types of Assistance Available

We may be able to provide assistance with:

• Gas cards for transportation needs
• Water bill assistance
• Electricity bill assistance
• Rent assistance

This program is designed to provide temporary, emergency assistance to help bridge gaps during difficult times.

Requirements

To apply for assistance, you will need:

• Current address and phone number
• Documentation showing your specific need (utility bills, rent notice, etc.). Your name must be associated with the account.
• Must be a resident of Calloway County.

How to Apply:

1. Call the church or email sharing the above information. 
2. Church staff will then contact you to discuss how we can be of assistance.

Program Limits

Please note there are limits to how we can help, if you have any further questions please contact us!

1. We pay directly to your electric provider, landlord, utiliites. We do not give out cash.
2. Funds are on a CASE by CASE basis and as avalible.
